Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evermade Collective. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at evermadecollective@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including used items, items not in original condition, final sale items, gift cards, personal care items, or items damaged after delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Evermade Collective is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not refundable by Evermade Collective.
